On October 24, Miles started his second European tour of 1973,
this time produced by George Wein as "Newport Jazz festival in
Europe". The band opened with two shows in Malmö, Sweden.

There exists an audience recording of this concert, and there
are two different broadcast recordings of this show. Both radio
broadcasts were incomplete. This is Broadcast #1:
More than two minutes of "Turnaroundphrase", and approximately
11 minutes of "Ife" are missing.

*) Miles discographer Jan Lohmann uses "Unknown C" for this tune,
and "Untitled Original C" for later incarnations of it. I think
that his "Unknown C" and "Untitled Original C" are both variations
of the same tune. I prefer Enrico Merlin's use of "Tatu" here,
but most people will be more familiar with Mr. Losin's naming
convention ("Funk [Prelude part 1]"), because his discography
can be found on-line. Strangely enough, Mr. Losin omits this tune,
and only mentions "Right Off (8:49)".

All thanks for the great Ubu for creating and sharing this great torrent from this monster musician! Sound is very good, considering the year it was made... Reseed "As It Is". Artist name, info, checksum, file name and structure, all kept intact. Keyword: Rahssan Roland Kirk... Enjoy...

The BBC didn't publish the setlist until 48 hours after the broadcast, by which time I had divided it into tracks. I got seven tracks of music, the BBC makes it six. So one of us is out somewhere. If someone can identify who's right...

Toucan Starflower from EvolveMusic

shapeshift yourselve into a spaceship

"toucan starflower is a myth-magic musical totem pole erected from the earth in order to give birth to words, winds, birds, worlds, tunes, tones and notes... moving in motion with the math of the moment... flowing in conjunction with planetary pulses. carving cartoons in moonbeams, doing Dune, doing things. a prescient presence presenting precious presents, an enveloping entity emerging out of ethereal essence... here for you. music is the key to shapeshift spaceship earth... two can starflower. we all can.

we recommend for full spaceship/body potential-- always listening to music on headphones-- the bigger the better...

"holographic myth language - music under the direction toucan starflower" will be issuing forth into illusionary time streams later this year, stay tuned for details and updates...

thank you for visiting. may the force be with you." ~ Toucan Starflower
